This Legal Disclamer (from now after referred as the "Notice") is provided by Ithil Ltd, a company established under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (collectively with its affiliates, "we", "our", "us" or "Ithil"). Any statements, announcements, and communications made by Ithil, as well as any other information however communicated by Ithil or on its behalf (collectively, the "Communications"), are and shall be subject to this Notice. Please read this Notice carefully before using, referring to, or relying upon, any Communications made by Ithil.
